Quest Bar Review and a Giveaway!!

photo-225

We received a free box of Quest bars the other day from Quest Nutrition to sample and review, and as soon as we opened up the box we were so excited to try all of the great flavors, such as cinnamon roll, chocolate brownie, and even strawberry cheesecake! Just as we expected, all of the bars so far have tasted fantastic! They all have 200 calories or less, they don’t contain artificial sweeteners, and they are gluten free. Our favorite part is that fact that they all have around 20 grams of isolate protein, and some bars even contain as much as 18 grams of fiber! You can never go wrong with a bar that will keep you full and regulate your digestive system! We even went a little crazy, and put our chocolate chip cookie dough bar in the microwave for 15 seconds. It was so delicious we couldn’t believe that it was healthy! As if this wasn’t good enough, we also received 2 packs of Quest Cravings Protein Peanut Butter Cups, which have 240 calories, only 1 gram of sugar, and 20 grams of protein.  So, if you happen to have a sweet tooth that one of the bars can’t cure, you can indulge in these delicious peanut butter cups, and feel absolutely no guilt. These bars are now going to be a staple in our daily meal plans, because they are nutritious and super easy, which benefits our busy lifestyles. You can also use them for weight loss by replacing one meal a day with a bar. Who wouldn’t want to eat apple pie or vanilla almond crunch once a day and benefit from it? Exactly! Well, Quest Nutrition has definitely sold us on the bars, and we highly recommend that you grab up a box as soon as you get a chance.
