Guacetta

It’s a hybrid of guacamole & bruschetta, what could be better?

You will need:

20 grape tomatoes, diced

1 avocado, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped

1 Tbs fresh limejuice

Black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Serve on flat bread, crackers, or toast. Enjoy! You can even try adding a slice of fresh mozzarella to whatever you serve it on for an even fresher flavor.
