Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

 

What you will need: 

8 cups organic low sodium chicken broth

2 stalks celery thinly sliced

1/2 medium onion chopped

1 cup favorite organic mixed veggies (we love peas carrots and corn)

1 cup of organic whole wheat egg noodles

2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken meat

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.

2. Cover pot and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and the soup is heated through.

3. Serve & Enjoy!
