Cordon Bleu

What you will need:
5 Thinly sliced chicken breast strips
Lean ham, sliced into small squares
3 slices Fat free cheese(we love white cheddar!), cut into small pieces
3 cups Bread crumbs
3 egg whites lightly beaten
Toothpicks

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Lay a slice of chicken on a flat surface, and top with cheese and ham. Roll the chicken up and place toothpick in center to hold it together.
3. Dip chicken in eggs, and then coat with bread crumbs. Repeat with remaining pieces.
4. Place chicken on olive oil greased cooking sheet, and cook for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown on outside and cooked all the way through.
5. Serve, and enjoy!
