What you will need:
2 Organic apples, sliced
2 Tbs Cinnamon
1 Tbs Honey or Agave
¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
-Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
-In a baking dish, lay apple slices out evenly.
-Sprinkle on cinnamon and then top with the honey or agave.
-Bake apples for 20-30 minutes. Put walnuts on top for last 5 minutes of cooking if desired.
