Banana Bread

What you will need:

In a large bowl, combine:

2 c whole-wheat flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbs. flax seeds

Combine all of these separately:

3 lg very ripe bananas

2 eggs or 4 egg whites

1/2 c organic light brown sugar or 1/4 cup of stevia

1/2 c fat free milk

3 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Lightly dust bread loaf pan

3. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, just until mixed well

4. Pour into baking dish and bake in oven for about 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

5. Cool on wire rack for about 10 min, slice, and enjoy!
