We recommend not going to any of these places to pick up your breakfast! If you ABSOLUTELY have to, ask for a nutrition menu and choose the healthiest option. Otherwise, we suggest that you try making similar meals yourself with healthier substitutions like turkey bacon & sausage, fat free cheese, whole wheat breads, and egg whites. We know that it may mean that you have to wake up 10 minutes earlier, but it’s benefitting your health, so it’s worth it, we promise!
