Most people only think of pumpkin around the winter season, but because it can be stored all year round and has such nutritional value, we encourage everyone to include it into your everyday diet!

Did you know that pumpkin is rich in minerals, antioxidants and various vitamins? 

The antioxidants that they include are alpha and beta carotenes which are converted into vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A is beneficial for eye sight and also ensures that your immune system functions properly.  Alpha and beta carotenes can also prevent such things as aging, growth of tumors, and lessen the risk of heart disease.Pumpkin also includes vitamins C and E which can boost immunity and promote healthy skin.
