It’s Monday so let’s get this week started off right! We challenge you to start each day off this week with the following:
1. When you first get up drink 8-16 oz of water.
2. Before breakfast, begin your day with 30 minutes of cardio of your choice. (Set that alarm to get up early if you think you don’t have the time).
3. Eat a healthy, balanced breakfast with another 16 oz of water.
4. Smile and think of 3 things you are going to do to make today a great day!
